Your main tasks:
Answer to all customer queries (technical issues, billing, orders, purchase cancellations, return of articles, etc.);
Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level if needed;
Introduce/Update customer’s file in the system;
Increase and preserve a high level of customer’s satisfaction.
Your Profile:
High level of German (mandatory);
English skills are required;
Academic background in the commercial or technical field (is an advantage);
Previous experience in customer service/hospitality;
Costumer oriented and good communication skills;
Team player;
Autonomy to work on your own;
Flexibility and stress resistance.
